Speeding ticket? An attempt to tarnish his image.
Robbie’s dedicated column in the paper? A sure way to further shit on Sportacus’s image while gaining popularity for himself through this platform to share his own views. If Sport isn’t as law-abiding as the citizens think, ..who else do they look towards for guidance but Robbie?
The article about the Mayor planning to paint his house blue? He’s a well known Sportacus fanboy, and Sport’s favorite color? Blue.
Robbie is trying to SLANDER the Mayor as well by making him look as though he supports a *gasp* serial speeding criminal
Clearly, as in previous episodes, Robbie wants a shot at becoming the town Mayor and is eliminating his greatest competition, the current Mayor and the goody-goody town favorite himself, Sportacus.
Slurp Slapp? “Slurp” is the name of the fast food brand we see Robbie occasionally eat. Of course he would be promoting it as part of his regimen of making the town eat only junk food.
And the peppered misspellings in this paper honestly only further prove that Robbie wrote it because Robbie in canon is TERRIBLE at spelling.
Anyway, Robbie wrote the paper, and it’s all part of a great plan to gain power and influence in the town and hopefully eventually become mayor.
