-It’s typically decorated and designed to match your soulmate’s, well, soul
-The closer you get to your soulmate the warmer it gets until it almost hurts
-Not everyone gets a key and some people have more than one
[At this point I’m bullshitting through and you can ask questions cause I’m still figuring this out.]
Moving onto the bois…
Roman:
-Roman is dedicated to finding his soulmate. It’s basically his life goal. He loves his key too because it’s the most beautiful thing he’s seen (after himself ofc). He keeps it in a velvet draw string bag hooked around his belt
-His moms are his biggest supporter along with his highschool theater nerd friends. He’s becoming a popular face in Broadway plays and making his way up in movies
-Ro is 5’11 and has chestnut hair with blond highlights. His eyes are a deep brown and look red if caught in the right lighting. He has a slight tan and a beauty mark under his left eye. He typically wears black slacks or jeans, dress shoes and a red shirt of some sort unless he’s wearing his prince outfit
Virgil:
-Virgil is just tired. All everyone cares about is finding their soulmate. He’s convinced his soulmate is either a serial killer or a girl (not that there’s anything wrong with that but my boi is gay af). He keeps his soulmate’s key in his wallet or just his pocket
-His foster parents are really sweet and try their best to help your anxious son. They get him a cat to help with his anxiety. She’s a fluffy white puffball with heterocramia iridium (for those of you who don’t know that’s the thing with two different eye colors). He works in a craft store and gets discount on art supplies which he loves
-Virgil is 6’1. His hair is jet black and dyed purple where his bangs flop over his eyes. A sheet of paper would be jealous of his pale ass. His eyes a a hazel with flecks of gold. He typically wears black with splashes of purple and his signature jacket
Logan:
-Logan does not particularly care about finding his soulmate. Yes, he thinks it would he important to find someone he is optimally compatible with but that is not his most pressing matter and would rather focus on work or one of his hobbies. He’s glad that his brother, Virgil, is not one of the mindless fools running around looking for his soulmate. He keeps his key on his key ring, where it should go seeing as it is a key
-Logan, being Virgil’s biological brother, has the same parents. They were adopted together since their parents didn’t want to split them apart. Though he won’t admit it he does miss them from time to time since he and Virgil moves away, but he’s glad he has his brother for a roommate rather than some random stranger. He works at a book shop that has a small cafe attached to it
-Logan’s hair is jet black like his brother’s and only black. His eyes are a bright green and his skin is only a bit less pale than Virgil’s. He’s also taller than Virgil at the height of 6’4. He normally wears a polo with jeans and a striped tie or black slacks, bottom down black shirt and sweater vest with a plain colored tie to match the vest. He also owns two pair of nonsensical black rectangular framed glasses
Patton:
-Patton loves his soulmate. He loves everyone to be honest but they have a connection. He really wants to meet his soul mate one but he knows that he can’t go off wandering around aimlessly with no plan as much as he wants to. He keeps his key on a silver chain around his neck
-Patton doesn’t like to think about his family. He father was an alcoholic and his mother left before he had any memories of her. His little sister was hospitalized and later died to one of his father’s drunken rages. He was able to avoid child services when his father was put in jail and lived on the streets until he was eighteen and applies for a cleaning position at a dance studio. Turns out Patton is a hell of a dancer. He’s caught dancing by an instructor and that’s when things look up for him
-Pat has dirty blond hair and his eyes are also heterocramia iridium (which will make for cute selfies with Virgil’s cat in the future). His skin has a perpetual perfect tan that’s dotted with freckles mostly over his cheeks, shoulders and forearms. He stands at a whopping 5’7. He wears mostly what he can afford and has lately with a better job been able to expand from pants and plain t-shirts to shorts, cute skirts, some sweet graphic tees and a cat onesies
