So, here’s the thing:

Do you know what pulling cueballs and gummy bears out of people DOES make doctors experts in?

THE SAFETY AND LABELLING OF THOSE PRODUCTS

Those age warnings on boxes, and the advice about where to get help from, and where not to put things, comes pretty much straight from medical opinion.

It’s medical opinion that decides if something’s a choking hazard. If doctors think it is, then it is, end of story.

So if medical opinion is that people shouldn’t have devices that put bullets in them, based on their experience of pulling devices from said people, then they are the ONLY experts worth listening to, and they ARE experts.
