Europeans, talk to your MEPs and explain calmly and clearly why this would hurt hundreds, if not thousands, if not MILLIONS of creators.
We have less than a month before things get worse. They’ve already tightened up privacy policies once this year because of the initial draft vote. If this passes, we’re all in trouble.
Get talking. Don’t let this slip by and cause ALL of us to suffer the consequences. We’re all creators. As creators, we also use things at some point or another that don’t belong to us. We’ve all used memes, whether or not we’ve known it.
