What if some Aliens learn their entire language before or as soon as they’re born because when language first developed on their planet they made the assumption they didnt need to learn any others and now they cant change the programming so if these Aliens want to learn a new language its REALLY difficult for them.

Whereas, On Earth, Humans learn a language during the course of their lifetime and never completely learn the language because the language evolves.
